Meet Amanda

As a young girl, Amanda went by the name Mandy. Her close family and friends in her inner circle still call her Mandy today. Naming the wine bar “Mandy’s” is her way of welcoming you into her inner circle of friends. Her goal is to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere where you can gather and connect with family and friends over delicious food, your favorite glass of wine, beer, craft cocktails, or coffee.

Amanda’s professional experience and leadership roles have prepared her to fulfill her long-held dream of owning and operating a small local business. In addition to her corporate experience, she brings the benefit of extensive world travel—both for professional reasons and personal enjoyment. Traveling has been an important and beneficial part of her life as it has shaped her view of the world through exposure to different cultures including, wine, food, and people. Experiences from her travels will be reflected in her approach to owning and operating a restaurant and the hospitality it offers.

Hospitality and service are at the forefront of everything she does. Leading and developing a cohesive team while putting guests first is engrained in the way she approaches work and will be easily recognized by teammates and patrons of Mandy’s Wine Bar. A recurring theme throughout her career in Sales and Marketing is to problem-solve for customers. This is exactly what she will do by providing an elevated dining experience for the residents of Maricopa and creating a place where the community gathers.
